    I have been using this pharmacy for many years and have always found them very helpful and efficient. On the rare occasions when there has been a problem with a prescription it has been with the electronic NHS communications with my GP. They have also gone out of their way to get me over-the-counter medicines which they do not normally stock. Always helpful and always patient. Confidential discussions are available on request (see previous comment from someone on this).

    We recently changed our medication being supplied to Krish Pharmacy from another local pharmacy following months of being let down (a problem with the supplier). I can only commend them on their service and going above and beyond expectations. There was some confusion with a prescription but it was eventually found. The pharmacist went out of her way to explain the dosage and had actually cut each tablet in half to honour the doctor's request and put them in a separate container. Thank you for your excellent customer service and patience and time to deal with this issue, very grateful.

    First time using the chemist as my doctors send my prescription there. Will be moving as soon as possible. Busy, disorganised with no privacy (stood in the queue and heard at least 3 full names and addresses of other people). Waited 15 minutes and had to say I'd be back as prescription that was sent over wasn't ready. One staff member seemed stressed by all the people waiting. I knew of missing medicines from orders and all sorts. I don't like that it's really open and everyone can hear personal stuff. Not impressed.
