Excellent customer service and staff go the extra mile for me and my family. Very knowledgeable pharmacist and team are always so helpful. Even when really busy, I understand why - it's because they're the best around!

Had a speedy and efficient Flu jab today, one of a few visits to Kitsons. Such a friendly pharmacy with excellent staff and attention, a pleasure to go there anytime.

Excellent Highly professional and no waiting. Welcoming staff and very highly trained. The pharmacist was very skilled and gave me the best service of any in Worcester.

A while ago we went in for some advice for my husband health as was having difficulty getting doctors appointment we spoke to the pharmacist who was so so helpful to us we took his advice and my husband has now finally found out his diagnosis and he is now getting the proper treatment I know the pharmacist was busy that day but coming out to talk to us and advising us wasn’t a problem to him at all This chemist is not only efficient and friendly but they go out of their way to help you and nothing is too much trouble I went back to Kitsens chemist yesterday to say thank you to the pharmacist and to let him know the outcome of his advice he gave us I felt it was the least I could do. A massive thank you to the pharmacist and Kitsens

Staff so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to get you what you need. They hurry along my GP surgery too.. (which is necessary) so my daughter never goes without her medication. I'm recommending kitsons to all my friends. I could write so much but it says leave a short review.

Wonderful service for prescriptions, delivered too if you want them to and so helpful on all occasions. Flu jab this year and last with no fuss or bother. Very pleasant staff on every visit

Needed a new prescription. Kitsons contacted my GP and everything was sorted and the prescription delivered in a couple of days. Record time for my surgery who are always the sticking point. Kitsons were extremely helpful and pleasant. They speeded things up and told me how to ensure I can always ensure the next one is available in good time. A brilliant and highly professional service. Thank you
