Ordered medicine 10 days earlier. When went to collect it as my medicine had ran out two people tried but couldn't find it. I was waiting 20 minutes with my car on a yellow line. I suggested if they couldn't find it they should deliver it. This prompted them to make up the medicine but by then I had to move my car and left chemist shop. I rang later and asked if it could be delivered the lady in charge was unhelpful saying nothing wrong with waiting 20mins!! She said after I asked it could be delivered to me but after two days time! Time to change to another chemist I think.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your feed back though I was thoroughly disappointed to read of your understandable frustration. Christmas period is an exceptionally busy period at the Pharmacy and after speaking with the staff involved it appears though they did try their best, we must accept as a team, we were unable to meet your needs in a way that was acceptable to you. We will certainly learn from your feed back and aim to improve as a result. The team did schedule your delivery for the next run, as we don't have delivery service every day. However, I understand you were already out of medication. I wish to apologise for the inconvenience caused. I would be grateful if you could spare the time to come in to the shop on a Monday where we could speak in person. Best Reagards, Superintendent Pharmacist

I have used this chemist since the pandemic and their delivery and in store service is exemplary. They are always reliable, delivery is always one day after receipt of prescription from doctor. Can’t praise enough.
