I don't live near this chemists but by chance visited it a couple of times. Having seen how pleasant and helpful everyone was l decided to have my prescription delivered there and what a change it's made. No longer do l have to wait and queue for my prescription but am dealt with straight away in a polite and courteous manner, it's so different and a reassurance that top class service still exists. If you are thinking of changing your chemists this is the without doubt the place to go.

I started to use this Pharmacy as it was the closest to me but I have been so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the Pharmacist and his team. He is always there with a smile and a cheery greeting and uses your name which feels personable and caring. I have also seen great care being given to vulnerable customers whilst they are waiting for their prescriptions for example someone from the pharmacy sitting with them and providing reassurance. I find this level of customer care so rare these days and felt compelled to write this review to say that it has been noticed and appreciated.
