   Terrible experiences which have made me nervous to use them. They are out of control for managing e prescriptions with my prescriptions being audited internally by their head office and constantly going missing. They don’t respond to emails. They don’t know how to manage the customer. It was fine until I got moved to this pharmacy and over the last 6 months I’ve had issue after issue and then here want to charge me £60 a year. I’ve been without medication now multiple times and as a hyper care plan their words not mine i have to inform them I’ve raised a prescription it’s nothing short of unbelievable and considering it’s people’s livelihood I just fail to see how they get away with it.
