    This is a fantastic pharmacy always very helpful. Always have a good stock of medication and are willing to go over and above. I am very happy with their customer service and the way they treat their customers.

    Karsons (City Way) came to the rescue today for a second time when most pharmacies couldn’t give me my medication. Always so helpful.

    Bad customer service. Completely ignored for more than 10+mins. Proceeded to engage with those that came in after me. I had to question what the heck was going on. The phamacist proceeded to indirectly blame the shopkeeper and instructed them to "manage this area" This made no sense since the phamacist was busying herself in my face for 10mins without asking if I needed assistance. They then explained that people write their names on a bit of paper and hand it in. We'll why would anyone know this. Its not written anywhere. The only signs on the counter are old,torn & tatty not professional looking. They need to Acknowledge all customers not just the ones you know. Don't expect people to follow a process that isn't sign posted. Don't blame your work colleagues for your rudness. You made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The shop keeper who doesn't work in the pharmacy is the only person that was helpful and even they looked taken a back when told to " manage this area" they wouldn't have too if you had opened your mouth and asked if I needed help. There were no customers at one point and still the pharmacist decided to continue to ignore me. The attitude prior to being called out, was very "your all beneath me" This place gives the extention of healthcare a bad name. Terrible avoid if you can. Or prepare to feel like you don't exist if your face doesnt fit.
