   My friend went to collect her prescription on Saturday 6th April at 12:45. There was an issue with this, and my friend told the staff member she really needed her prescription as she had recently lost her husband. The member of staff responded with 'we all have problems.' Absolutely dreadful behaviour. Also, they closed the doors at 12.45 and people were outside trying to get in to collect prescriptions. Closing time advertised as 1pm. A member of the public suggested they ask for more staff, and the employee said they had, but hadn't received any help. I understand if understaffed, they are under pressure, but the response to my friend, was extremely harsh and upsetting for her. Some empathy would have been appreciated.
