   On more than one occasion I have experienced a refusal to help with basic queries and rudeness when dealing with dispensing staff politely myself to make a routine request. Today I asked for copies of my prescription (a perfectly valid request to claim back using my work healthcare cover) to which I was told "take pictures of them if you want" and the dispensing clerk walking off, leaving my prescriptions (including sensitive personal data) unattended. When asked if she was going to put them away, I was ignored, leaving my personal data exposed on the desk for anyone to collect. Not the first time I have been spoken to impolitely at this branch, sadly. The delivery drivers on the other hand always go out of their way to deliver medication to my relatives on time and with first class service. The data breach aside, I was made to feel a nuisance today, ignored, and made to feel I was asking for something unreasonable, which I clearly was not. Will be changing back to a different pharmacy where people are treated as such.

   Dear Patient, I am very sorry for the negative experience you have received at our pharmacy. I have discussed your comments at length with the pharmacies area manager. She is visiting the branch shortly and will investigate the comments you have made. We strive to offer our patients a friendly and welcoming service.
