   I am specifically talking about the old woman with the grey bob. She is condescending and arrogant. She does not dispense the medication untill she is ready for example the sleep medication I needed was withheld until the next working day because she already had things to do, when I asked for it to be uploaded onto the spine so I could get it somewhere else she said it had been but it was not and I had to come back to collect it from her. She acts like customers are an inconvenience and chastises me if she feels I am to early to collect my medication and seems to make rules on this up as she goes along. I struggle to understand how she has a job here she as she is an awful person to deal with.
