We now have to hand our repeat prescription into the Pharmacy, it's an extremely busy practice. Please please to avoid queing just put a box on the counter designated for repeats . Would be a simple fix and avoid ques

Needed urgent prescription doctor e mailed to them at 10.45 went into the chemist who is next to the surgery very bad mannered little man said it would take 1 hour for him to receive it. Went back 4 hours laters firstly we don’t have it challenged that secondly doctor has sent it another pharmacy, challenged that then it is here but will take 10 minutes to dispense, there were at least 6 people in the shop and not one got their prescription without an excuse and at no time was the word sorry heard. Never going to return there I kept thinking chocolate teapots were of more use

I went in with a prescription that needed ordering which they said they did and it would be ready in a couple of days. I returned a couple of days later to find that the order had never been placed and I had been lied to. This meant I had run out of tablets and this made day to day life very uncomfortable.

Quite apart from continually picking up an incomplete 'Repeat' Prescription that is usally short of at least one thing, the waiting times are dreadful. never seems to be enough staff.
