Professional, friendly and efficient. Know their clients by name and, in many cases, their family members if collecting/ordering prescriptions on behalf of the client. Always feel I am treated as an individual rather than just another customer.

Have been using this local neighbourhood pharmacy for many years. Everyone is really friendly and a special mention to the main pharmacist who has gone out of her way on many occasions to deal with my ever increasing medication needs. I love supporting local businesses and hope to continue doing so for many years. If I have to mention one area for improvement it would be to process prescriptions sent from my gp surgery when they get them and not wait till I turn up at the pharmacy and then they have to order items. It would be great if they had a system that notifies you when your prescription is ready for collection like some other pharmacies do. Despite this minor inconvenience I wouldn’t go anywhere else as very happy with Jade pharmacy.

Even though they are operating on a small scale due to refurbishment they still gave me same service that they give in the normal store

My repeat prescription medications were expected to be but had not been delivered on Thursday/ Friday (August 11/12) by the pharmacy. When contacted on Saturday (13/08/22) around 10 O’clock, the locum pharmacist gave the reason for the non delivery of medication that they had one item out of stock. I told him I am running out of the medication he agreed to get the medication delivered on Saturday but no medication was delivered. Neither he contacted me to say that it wouldn’t be delivered. They are untrustworthy. I would be reporting him to NHS after getting his details

The team at Jade Pharmacy have looked after our family so well over the years. They know each family member and their ailments by name. The staff are all fantastic. We wouldn’t know what to do without them. This is a fantastic caring community pharmacy that goes the extra mile. Thank you!

Friendly People, Quick Excellent Service. No reason to complain whatsoever. Prescriptions always ready in time. They also deliver medicines when needed.
