The staff are extremely polite, helpful and caring. The pharmacist listens to details and is very knowledgeable about the best path to take. She will order items for collection the next day if you require an item that is not usually stocked. They have a good system when dispensing prescriptions and waiting time is minimal.

I agree they may not be open enough, but they are an amazing team who will go above and beyond, they’re genuinely caring and kind.

Hoggs Chemist always seems to be closed when the working public, in general, are off. There are big signs on the doors saying the chemist is closed from 12:30 - 1:30pm (lunch break) and then closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Offering a service doesn't seem to be what it was.
