   they never request prescriptions on time from gp and do not meet peoples needs for the last 6 months there has been neglect and i am sick of having to ring to get it sorted to be given poor excuses its always everyone elses fault but theres then when they do say they have requested it from the gp an you phone them they say they havent had the request or if they do the prescription ends up out of your area.
