Called in a few days ago and purchased over the counter cough medication. £ 2 more than local Tescos for same item. Called in for repeat prescription which had been there for at least three days, but not put together and had to wait for it. Had a call from Gp at half 7 today and needed a prescription which was sent to Hills. Tried phoning them, no one there and according to their listed opening times, not open tomorrow until 2pm. What good is that if a patient needs a prescription which isn’t ready at least til lunch time. Cannot believe how bad this pharmacist has gone since new management. I’m sure it wouldn’t be trading if not next to Gps surgery. Dreadful place these days and I’ve been using it since it opened.

Review titled Failure to deliver my monthly medipack on time

Previously over many years I have been more than pleased with service until the past few months.You always delivered the medipack one week before due date; but,for the last 6 months you delivered the Sunday before due date .However ,at times, I had to collect the medipack myself due to no driver availability. On Saturday ,yesterday, I tried to phone but couldn’t get through so I assumed they would be delivered on Sunday morning ,as with previous medipack, a month ago.I am now left without any tablets for Monday . I have epilepsy so it essential I take tablets twice a day to ensure I do not suffer an attack. I feel most let down from a pharmacy that boasts that it is open 365 days a year. I regard it is professionally negligent to let down an 82year old that trusted you to provide the service promised. I see you have changed the days and times you are not open. Had I had known this, I would have saved my son taking me this morning only to find you are closed today! I take this to be a serious breach of your responsibility to vulnerable clientele and expect an immediate response.

not open at the time advertised, closed when went at 1130 am sunday and has been closed of an evening when i went to get perscription
