    The pharmacist was extremely friendly and helpful. His kindness and manner made my distressed daughter feel so much better and I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond in customer care.

    Went to collect a prescription for extremely vital medication which had been requested 6 days previously at this pharmacy only to be told they didn’t have it and to inform my doctor. I asked at the doctors surgery and they told me the pharmacy hadn’t requested it. Reordered and returned next day to pharmacy to be told they’d not received second request and that they weren’t responsible for the previous lost prescription despite being the last people to have it. Whilst waiting 2 other customers where also told their prescriptions were not there despite being put in a week before, further proving the pharmacy to be responsible. Staff treated me as if it was my fault, also tried to blame the doctor, never once apologising for the error or inconvenience. I explained the severity of not taking my medication and the implications it would have on my current situation. All they responded with was rolling of eyes, tutting and saying they weren’t to blame. This isn’t the first time they’ve been rude either. Absolutely disappointing behaviour and zero empathy for customers, I will no longer use this pharmacy, I would rather go out of my way to experience a better service elsewhere. Awful customer service!
