Staff are so rude they completely ignore you! They struggle to get important medication but don’t inform you- sometimes ask you to go back in an hour then tell you they can’t get it. I asked why they couldn’t let you know if they had no stock- answer was ‘ because we have loads of customers’ the amount of times I’ve been told we don’t have the prescription or even come home with someone else’s meds is ridiculous. Perhaps if they stopped chatting to each other and actually did their job we wouldn’t have been left without insulin and dairy free baby milk on a fri tea time when they had been sitting on the prescription for days. Advising ring 111. Disgusting ! I won’t be using again!

Long and inclusive opening hours to suit everyone, especially those working office hours. Always extremely well stocked in both prescription and over the counter medications. Very friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to provide fantastic service to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend!

I have had bad experiences in the past with my prescriptions but over the last couple of years the service has been excellent. The staff are polite and helpful.

The pharmacy has gone down hill, the staff are rude and provide a poor service, phone is never answered and they dont operate within published opening hours

The doctors next door said i can get a walk in flu jab nextdoor in the pharmacy.I went round and there were 5 staff who all looked at me but I didn't get served for a couple of minutes.I asked for a flu jab but was told they couldn't do it.The lady turned round and walked away.how rude I thought when I was told to go there and there were posters sayings get your flu jab here.

Normally this pharmacy is pretty good; had few problems over the years. However, they don’t seem to be open when they’re supposed to be which causes massive inconveniences for others. I checked the website for opening times which stated 07:30 so headed there before work. When I arrived, at 07:40, the lights were on but you could gain no access to the pharmacy. I had to leave after a few minutes of waiting outside as I didn’t have time to be stood waiting for it to open. Ten minutes may not seem much but I have no idea how long I would have been waiting for the pharmacy to open. Due to working all day and the pharmacy closing earlier, I can no longer get the medication I needed.
