    Was really good at first but don't seem able to cope now.Always have to phone re medication.Phone takes ages to answer,no reply to any e-mail.Received part prescription on 22nd Aug,note dated 17th Aug .Its now 30th Aug and still no meds despite phone calls,e-mails and promises of delivery.Meds are in stock so what's the issue.Probably have to collect this myself if it goes on much longer.Its nearly time for my next lot.Staff must spend more time answering phone instead of putting up medication.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. As you may now be aware the pharmacy was in the early stages of administration in August. This caused a lot of concern for both patients and the team. The team worked very hard to keep the supply of medications going as well as we could. I am very sorry our communicatrion was not as good as you would have hoped. If I can do anything to help please let me know. We are shortly expecting the new owners to take over the management of the pharmacy which will help improve the service.     I had to get hold of an anti-emetic when my wife came out of hospital The pharmacy found this for me ( others had said we’d need a prescription) and THEN stayed open late for me. Wonderful service at a time I really needed it Thank you
