    I’ve been using Hado Pharmacy now for the last 12 months and I must say I have always found all the staff there extremely helpful and polite. They are normally open 7 days a week and my prescriptions are always ready when I arrive. If I need any extra medication they are always helpful and put the request through to my doctors and on the very rare occasion that something happens they have always called me to advise me of the problem so that it can be rectified quickly. Definitely a lot nicer and friendlier than going to a big chain pharmacy

    I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant and have been given an electronic prescription via 111 service to pick up some antibiotics for a severe sinus infection. Called up to order using a code 111 gave me to be told ‘sorry we cant do it’ so I asked is there any reason? To be told ‘we just can’t sorry’ and to have phone out down on me. After feeling extremely distressed due to the discomfort I am in and the fact I am due my baby anytime soon so need to get this infection under control, you’d think this pharmacy would have a bit of sympathy, they didn’t even ask for the code I was given just my name and then said no sorry. Thankfully my husband was able to go to Morrisons pharmacy who are extremely helpful and sorted the prescription there and then. I wouldnt recommend this pharmacy at all, they clearly don’t have any people skills or any sympathy for customers that are desperate for some help. Terrible service.
