The people running this pharmacy are totally inept. Today, Wednesday, I went to collect a prescription for my wife. The prescription was sent by the surgery on Monday. The prescription consisted of two 4" boxes. I arrived at 1.40pm. The pharmacy was, of course, closed for lunch. I went back at 2.05 and was told the items had not been packed. I said I would wait. Fifty minutes later I finally received the items. This is an example service at its worst. Unfortunately, this is not a "one off" incident. The staff and management need to be replaced.

This pharmacy is so slow. It takes over a week to get your medication and patients are left without medication for days - this is a really poor service.

Went for the latest COVID jab. Very efficient, forms at the ready to complete. When I mentioned I had recently had an operation, made a point of letting the young lady carrying out the jabs know and specified which vaccine to be given. Lady who was doing the injection, lovely and chatty, I didn’t notice that she had given me the injection. An easy and in the circumstances a pleasant experience.

We had Covid booster jab but when we left pharmacy my husband couldn’t move his legs & was white as a sheet. Staff came out to help him back in the warm & sat him down with hot sweet tea & biscuits. They called an ambulance which couldn’t come for 4 hours. After about 15 mins he began to feel better. The staff even offered to take him to A&E - I don’t drive. I rang my daughter in law who fetched us & took us to hospital. He was thoroughly checked by doctor who said he thinks it was a spasm which can happen sometimes. He is now feeling ok & we can’t thank the staff at Grovehill Pharmacy enough. They were extremely caring & it was much appreciated & I have rung them to thank them for their caring attitude as it was very scary when it happened!

This pharmacy is so slow with prescriptions. I've left them there for over a week and still not ready to collect. There are always long queues there as well, and everyone is moaning about the service. The text service does not work either.

The lovely young nurse greeted all of us as busy as she was with a beaming smile and what I found amazing as she spotted a guy struggling to walk, she went outside and helped him in, what a lovely place and a painless vaccination thank you grovehill Henry wells square. Lynn
