I actually enjoy my visits to the Friary Pharmacy practice. So glad I changed and nominated them recently. The staff actually greet you with a smile and always have my prescriptions ready. Never had to wait (or, asked to come back later in the day). A truely superb community customer service. Well done.

I recently saw my GP and needed an urgent prescription. The staff at the Friary made up my prescription straight away while I waited. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well as being efficient.

We have been using the Friary Pharmacy for over ten years and they have always provided wonderful service. They now provide "walk" in service for Flu jabs and again nothing is too much trouble for them.

Despite being ultra busy the staff were polite,engaging and extremely helpful. We are very lucky to have such a pharmacy in our village. I should add throughout lockdown and everything that entailed they went above and beyond to help people at a very difficult time. 5 stars.

I've never had a good experience with this pharmacy. It is very poorly managed and the staff are arrogant and rude. I now have the opportunity to use another pharmacy and will do so.

We have been using this Chemist for many years. We both have our prescriptions sent directly by the Doctor and we can usually pick it up that day or the next. If we have any questions about use etc they they always help. We also buy a lot of our other chemist products from them. They are an asset to our village.

The staff are kind and quick with their service. Even with limited staff they are efficient and always take time to answer my questions. They were the only pharmacy that could help me with my issue. Would recommend to everyone.

I have been using this chemist for many years , each and every time I have visited the staff have been most helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing has been too much trouble and if they didn’t have the item I required they ordered it especially for me. They are professional and friendly and I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
