Very polite service from new team in the counter. Picked up my prescription then also saw pharmacist who treated my child's ear infection with antibiotics! Really happy and highly recommend.

What should have been a 5 minute in & out booked appointment, I left waiting to for 30 mins, until I had to say something to the receptionist & vaccinator. No apologies for the delay & no acknowledgement absolutely rude & unprofessional. People came in after me with later time appointments where being seen before me! What is the point of having an online booking appointment system? I will not be using their services again. Next time I will wait patiently for my own GP to see me.

Booked a COVID booster last Thursday. Got a reminder email Saturday. Checked with the pharmacy on Saturday that everything was ok as today is a bank holiday and told yes. Turned up for the vaccine and they’re closed. So, they took the booking, confirmed it three times and didn’t have the decency to cancel. My mom is disabled and it took great effort to get her to the pharmacy and this is how they treat people.

Had a covid booster booked. Told that they’ve ran out of vaccines. Appointment was booked 5 days prior. Took a day off work for this. Poor service and planning

The ladies on till are so rude. No respect at all. There was no one by the door so they can stop u and saying its closing time.If u already inside ask for prescription and wait how can she say its our closing time.Disappointed

Booked appointment online for vaccine 2weeks ago to find out as I got there that they had ran out of the vaccine. Apparently they emailed me to tell me this? If that was the case I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to go. As I got there staff were saying amongst themselves why has she come, we can’t do anything! Very unprofessional. Went again 2nd time round today as booked a vaccine online. No text to say pharmacy was closed. Went out of my way again to see shutters were down. Surely if the pharmacy is closed today they shouldn’t be making appointments available to book online!
