I went to collect medication and the workers said I already collected it. Bearing in mind I have not collected it, they proceed to tell me to go home and check. The workers at the front of till said you are "confused dot c o m" and all the pharmists was laughing and simply making a mockery. No other customers was laughing. I went home and rang the chemist saying there is no medication because I've not collected it in the first place. Then worker said oh its here what a inconvenience I had to make a trip again to the chemist not even a sorry. It's just not on firstly I was made mockery in front of everyone by the person who works in the tills. Just furious to be honest today was a big celebration for me and it has ruined my day

Not welcoming at all feel uncomfortable in the store due to front end staff being intimidating. Gives me fear walking into the chemist Lovely other members the pharmacist are just amazing hands down best.
