This chemist is very poorly stocked with even the most basic over the counter medications. The customer service is slow, for instance, there were 5 or 6 staff in the dispensing area, 4 people waiting to be served, including me, and we had to wait at least 15-20 minutes before anyone came to serve. I have a broken arm and have been in twice for analgesics which they could not supply at the right strength, they only had 200 mg not the 500 mg that I needed. This chemist is the most under stocked and inefficiently run business that all of us, who live in this area, have to rely on for our prescriptions as well as over the counter medications and it has been like this for a number of years. Improvements need to be made.

Pharmacist often late, medication never ordered until you go in to collect, even if this is a week after the prescription sent in. 40 minute wait to be served is normal. Counter staff are overworked but system is not working!

Had my blood pressure checked. Staffs are extremely helpful and professional and explained everything in detail.
