I tried to phone to ask for our repeat prescriptions but found telephone unavailable. I then sent an email to the pharmacy requesting our repeat prescriptions. However when I went to collect I was told the tel number had been changed and they had not seen my email. No one had told us the tel number was changing even though we have used this pharmacy for nearly 3 years, also the website does not make it clear that emails will not be responded to. Very disappointed.

I went in to pick up my sons medication on Sunday and there was one counter staff and one pharmacists on. There was a que of 3 people and 2 people sitting and waiting for medication who has already been served. Both members of staff were dealing with the 2 people sitting on the queue didn't move for a good 5 minutes. Several of the people in the queue were getting quite restless and rude. I felt so bad for the staff as its not a quick and easy job and there just wasn't enough of them to deal with the demand. This pharmacy has always been busy but I've never known it so short staffed before. It's really sad to see as I'm sure it will drive away good staff because noone wants to be shouted at while they work. Management need to sort something as its not fair on the staff or patients.

Needed an emergency pharmacy on the 28th of April 2023, Fakenham pharmacy was listed as the closest open on the NHS website, so I drove 35 miles to find the pharmacy already closed at 6pm, no notes and the times on the door stating it should be open until 7pm This left us having no other option than to go to A&E for a non life threatening but serious condition that could have been resolved at the pharmacy.

111 service issued an urgent prescription for my elderly mother, at 5pm on Sunday 28th May 2023, to be collected by 7pm, the closing time for the pharmacy, according to their online information, and the pharmacy website. I drove 20 miles to arrive at @5.30 pm. The pharmacy was closed. Another family with a sick child also arrived, having checked online that they were open. I then checked the Well pharmacy, Also closed. Poor show. Update your website, and keep the 111 service informed!

Although not my nearest pharmacy, have had need to use this one recently. Helpful staff who gave advice and fulfilled an emergency prescription sent from the 111 service.

Shame one member of staff can change an otherwise good pharmacy. I've used this pharmacy for a good few years and have mobility issues. I've always had no problem being served at counter as you enter but for some reason today I was refused service and told to go round. I tried to explain about walking problem but was shouted over the top of. When she had finished I asked her about disability allowances but she just started being rude again. I found it all very upsetting and left without what I needed. Not sure why she feels right to reduce people to insignificance. The pharmacist did try to apologise but I don't think it should be down to him.

I recently visited the pharmacy in Fakenham for my 4th covid jab. Arrived on time all seemed well. Sat down, got brought in for the jab and this is where it went down hill for me. I sat down after for the jab for a couple of minutes but needed air so went and sat outside where I passed out as I had no clue where I was. After coming round I walked back to my car where I had another turn and realised I’d cut my head. I went back into the pharmacy to ask for something to clean myself up and this is where the staff were amazing, they sat me down due to being a funny colour and proceeded to clean my head, gave me some Dextro and water and I slowly came round. The staff couldn’t have been more caring if they tried and I felt I had to leave a review in recognition of their care towards me. Thank you so much
