Helpful courteous and genuinely caring. Have used them for years after getting poor service from Boots. Never went back. Always efficient and great with communication.

I arrived for a 9.30 booked appointment perhaps 10 minutes early. About 7 people were in the queue ahead of me and several more joined who were mainly walk ins. The booking in and identification process seemed the bottleneck, perhaps three minutes while the injection in a private room took less. Even so, one of the team diverted from other tasks and took pairs of clients off to another location, so the queue moved faster. In the event I was back on the street by 9.34! Good work.
