I attended this surgery for a 1105 am covid/flu jab appointment on 20.10.23. I arrived at 1050 am and joined a long line of people awaiting their jabs. Each person in front of me spent 20 minutes being seen by a nurse. At 1145 am with 6 people in the queue ahead of me I left the premises. I estimate it would have taken another 2 hours for me to be seen. Why were appointments offered every 5 minutes when it was clear that each took much longer? There was no explanation regarding the unacceptable delay and I shall not be returning. Dreadful service and the surgery should be challenged about it by the NHS.

I went for my seasonal covid booster in September 2022, at a very busy time. It was superbly easy to book and although it was very busy I didn't wait much longer than the last time I went, to my last covid booster. There are no regulations now, remember, although they do still require masks. I was very scared as I am terrified of needles, but I told the vaccinator and he was so kind and quick. I was very impressed.
