   4 people, behind me, waiting to be served. I was told "Pharmacist just checking." 10 minutes later & still waiting, whilst the manager & a colleague discussed "balancing the till" which was more important. Another customer voices a complaint about waiting times. I also have had a monthly repeat prescription, for many years, re-ordered by them but, at the last 2 visits I was told "The Surgery have not sent them down, so come back tomorrow." Both times I rang the Surgery & they said "The Pharmacy have not requested your meds.
