    This pharmacy today went above and beyond in the care they provided for my elderly parents. After the nhs covid vaccination website cancelled my parents booster i was finding it difficult to book another appointment.This pharmacy stayed open and waited for us to arrive and provided my parents with their booster. Thanks to the pharmacist's on duty today.

    Dear patient Thank you for your feedback, we are delighted that you felt that you received good service from me and my colleagues, we are aware that there is limited stocks of the Covid vaccine and try our best to enable patients requiring it , to be able to be vaccinated as soon as possible.     I went to the pharmacy for a presciptions, the pharmacist was very proffesional and caring towards me. He explained how to take my medication and was so polite. Also i was informed they do covid jabs. Im so pleased with they aftercare advise. I booked a covid jab and flu jab and was very impressed by they service

    During the course of one month, Dewsbury Moor Pharmacy has provided me with my regular prescription medications in less than 18 hours from making a request to my GP. They vaccinated me against Covid19, and Flu. They have provided me with advice on painkillers that won't react badly with my prescription medications, and on potential reactions to the vaccines. One of the pharmacists, in passing, has even helped me get a heavy parcel from a delivery firm into my house. All these services were provided with professionalism, courtesy, smiles, and good humour, and despite providing a large volume of services to the whole community. They provide everything, and more, that I need from a pharmacy
