    Used to be and is still advertised as being open until midnight 7 days a week. It’s not. 9pm close, closed on a Sunday. Always closed for “breaks” and hardly ever answer the phone, especially in the evening. Numerous times have also overruled what GP has informed us and is quite keen on keeping a prescription if an urgent one has been requested through 111, leaving people without medication. I went an entire Saturday evening, Sunday and until nearly midday with no inhaler because of them.

    I can't tell you how many times I have driven into melton to fetch my prescriptions to find the pharmacy closed with a note saying they'll be back at a certain time, it's so frustrating and a waste of time and fuel. If its advertised as being open til midnight then surely it should be, not when they feel like it!

    Hello my experience of the pharmacy used to be great but now. I have a dossete and so does my partner. Tablets are always out of stock when my repeats go there straight away meds always wrong and they have previous of releasing a control drug with out script and also returned a green script after they have been paid for it.

    I just wanted to sing the praises of this pharmacy seeing the poor review left by another customer - we have used their services for some 5 years now and my husband has complex medicinal needs which is bound to lead to issues - they are fantastic at resolving all our issues - very reassuring very caring and deserve a 5 star review
