    A week after my prescription was sent by my GP the pharmacy didn't have it ready. The next time I went in one of the items couldn't be dispensed. I should have had 28 of these tablets but they only had 8. I was advised to collect them later. 3 days later they were still unavailable and the person serving was rude and unsympathetic, saying "We gave you 8 so you have enough for a few days." This pharmacy is obviously struggling with extra workload since Lloyds at Sainsbury's closed. Every time I've been there recently customers are told either their prescription is not ready or only part of it is available. There are prepared prescriptions on the shelves and the floor yet people are unable to collect their medication. This pharmacy needs help urgently.
