    Over the last few months the staff have become seriously rude. I have also found that over the last three months they hardly ever answer the phone. One day I rang 25 times and it wasn’t answered. They then say the phone line isn’t working

    Literally never answer the phone. Prescription request put it over a week ago and still no contact so going to have to go in and check myself seeing as their phone appears to be on mute 24/7.

    every time you phone they do not answer the phone, 10 times I have called today and they are not answering the phone so i will have to go down to see if they have filled the prescription, I doubt it ,Ii put a prescription in they were short on the product, not their fault but 2 weeks later I went in as they did not contact me as they said they would and they still had not filled the prescription and I had to come back 1 1/2 hours later, I know they are all busy but flipping hell, get a grip
