I had an emergency prescription sent through by my GP. I left work to collect it on my lunch, this journey takes around 30 mins. When I arrived at 12:58 I was advised by a male shop assistant, the pharmacy was closed for lunch and he pointed to the sign, which stated lunch was 1:00- 2:00. He refused to open when I showed him the time and after I explained I couldn't wait as I had to be back to see my own patients. If I was responsible for this level of care, I'd be ashamed of myself and my team.

The pharmacist and all the team are amazing. They always have time to listen and help. This is invaluable these days when GP appointments are rare. They follow up and they ask how you or the patient is, for example when my husband was undergoing several investigations and the advice and reassurance given was very much appreciated. Outstanding care for the local community.

Went to collect prescription today which they had since 5/5/2022 when I arrived I was informed not all my medication was there. The tablet in question was for preventing blood clots. I asked why I wasn’t texted to tell me and I was told we had thousands of patients. Not very professional.
