I ordered my usual repeat prescriptions for both myself and my dad on 5th April. As I am in a wheelchair and my dad who I live with is 81, these are always delivered, usually around 3 or 4 days after I email the request and details. Unfortunately this time I am still.waiting nearly 10 days later. I have contacted the pharmacy by email and the surgery but nobody has replied.

My daughter was referred there from 111 when we arrived they had to refer her back to 111 as she needed a doctor. This was 8pm on a Friday night. They called 111 back themselves so I didn’t have to wait in the queue for my call to be answered. Spoke to them got us referred to the doctor. Gave my daughter a bottle of water whilst we were waiting. Then sorted out the prescription for us. I had to go back on Monday morning for another bottle of the antibiotics and got such a warm welcome all the staff asking how she was, if she is feeling better and if she made it onto her school residential trip. Couldn’t have asked for more, the service and care is just outstanding and made a stressful evening for us a million times easier to manage. Thank you we are super grateful

I have rung up twice over the last two days. Both people I spoke to were very unfriendly and, in my opinion, bordering on rude. Please train your staff in the appropriate, professional phone manner. I have received good service from here in the past and it’s a real shame that standards have been allowed to slip.

Nothing is too much trouble..I had made a mess of reordering my repeat prescriptions ..rang and explained my mess.. cheery operator said no problem! Picked them up an hour later what a team!

Have been using this pharmacy for over a decade they have really become efficient at dealing with my prescription, they make up my blister pack on time every time. Excellent service. Very happy

My regular pharmacist, us always on hand to help in every way, from advice to knowing me and my medication.. Never any problems, highly recommended.

Excellent service from Danebridge Pharmacy. Had to phone the pharmacy on Tuesday evening as I was about to run out of meds and hadn’t received a text as usual to collect . The lady who answered the phone explained the prescription had only come to them a couple of hours ago but she could get it ready for me with in the hour for me to collect later that evening. Excellent service
