After waiting in a cue of complaining customers for 20 minutes I was told my automatic prescriptions need to be re-authorised by GP. Despite what they said I received no notication of this. This has left me without two of my medications. I had to ask 2 members of staff before this was explained. I am use to my prescriptions not being ready, but today was by far the worst experience anywhere I have visited. The staff seemed to lack any motivation, showed absolutely no empathy and seemed badly organised. Already have asked GP to cancel my automatic prescription and will be looking for a new chemist from this point on. Such a shame, as pre-covid the staff and service were excellent.

I spoke to the pharmacy yesterday, I was told one of my prescriptions was ready, my husband drove out to collect it. No sign of my other prescription, checked with my practice and it has been sent to the pharmacy. Cant speak to the pharmacist, answerphone has been on since yesterday lunch time. 5pm yesterday spoke to Sycamore Lane Shop, she was going to try and get in touch with them, never heard any more. Tried again today still answering machine only. My husband is going to make the 10mile round journey.
