I swapped my nominated pharmacy to the Dalesway pharmacy recently and when I ordered my repeats at GP I was told it would be ready in 2 days and I would get a text. text never came, I called after 5 days and I was told one medication was ordered and would be in later that day. I told them I will collect 2 days after that. So today I went in and was told that one medication was not here yet, come back next week. I was very disappointed in this as I was told everything would be ready and now I need to go again to collect my missing prescription. The assistant seemed very uninterested when I asked if this will happen every time I order my repeats, this doesn't bode well and if this keeps happening I will run out of meds. I will see what the next time will bring when I order my repeats again, I hope it will be different. I was not impressed at all.

Everyone who works there is always helpful. They’ve managed to track down a prescribed cream when no-one else could. They are open much longer hours than other local pharmacies.

Always found friendly, courteous and efficient staff. Duty pharmacist always knowkegeable and ready and willing to offer advice and help with medical questions.

Always friendly and ready to give good advice. Opening times are good especially for working people. Prescriptions go straight there from doctors to save time.

The Pharmacists have been very helpful whenever I have rung with any requests, also the delivery driver is friendly and does his very best.
