There was no waiting at all and the Covid jab was so expertly delivered into my arm that I hardly knew that it had been done.

Covid booster - amazingly helpful and efficient service. Had booster booked for later in the week but was in the area and so popped in to see if I would have it done there and then. Really helpful and very efficient.

Very positive experience today having Covid and Flu jab- also good advice on buying blood pressure unit to use at home as always an efficient service all staff helpful and inspire confidence on the medical side of practice

This is our local chemist, used by three generations. Always helpful, will phone and check on you if you take a new medication. Have done all our Covid and flu jabs- very gentle and informative. Always friendly and efficient

Visited Cross Chemist with my sister. We both had our COVID 19 vaccinations. The service was prompt, efficient and the gentleman who administered the vaccination was very pleasant and reassuring. I would also add that it did not hurt at all!

I popped in on the off chance for my vaccination boosters, and was seen straight away. Very professional and very polite. Added bonus....neither jab hurt. Thank you Cross Chemist!

Monday morning walk in. One person having the jab and one waiting, so we sat and waited our turn. My wife had hers first, no issues, very straightforward and quick. I was next and after confirming my identity and GP practice had mine. Didn't really feel it and we were in and out within 10 -15 minutes. No fuss and very efficient. We have used them before and will do so again.

I went to Cross as a walk in for a Covid vaccination. I was politely told to wait a few minutes.Two people who had booked were seen and then I was called in. The pharmacist found my NHS details rapidly and painlessly administered the vaccine. I was treated with respect and the whole process was very efficient. Thank you.

Used Cross Chemist Hitchin for walk in seasonal Covid jab. Very professional service, provided flu jab at the same time. Highly recommended.
