   Went to collect young daughters prescription. Had been an issue on the surgery's side and hadn't come through. Was met with much rudeness from pharmacist and staff. Told 'not our problem'. Got it sorted with Drs and went back, I appreciate it was a few minutes before closing time but I was met with eye rolls and rude remarks. The item needed to be ordered in and would take 2 days, I asked if Boots may have the item if I took the paper prescription - it was for my poorly toddler who couldn't wait 2 more days...I was met rudely with 'I don't know...I don't work at Boots do i'. I then asked for some creams that may help my daughters hives. I got a huff and offered something for insect bites?..I asked for something else which seemed like too much trouble too. I paid and left with the paper prescription. I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness from staff and pharmacist. I understand how busy it must be but an acceptable level of customer service is a must when dealing with the public. Prior to this I have found the staff and pharmacist pleasant..this pharmacist on this day..very rude. 9/5/22
