I visited initially as I had a rash and a fever and aching body and generally felt unwell so asked to see the pharmacist . The sales assistant briefly spoke to him and he looked across the room at me (5 m distance) and advised his assistant to show me creams such as sudocreme to ease the rash and to take antihistamines. When I returned home I investigated my symptoms and thought I may have shingles so called the gp. They advised me to see the pharmacist who could prescribe something, however, when I returned the pharmacist stated he had seen me previously and told me what to do. He asked his assistant if she had completed ‘the checklist’ which she hadn’t so I completed this and he told her to tell me to see a gp as they cannot help with shingles! I feel he was angry with me as I asked him to speak to me and not about me considering I was in front of him. Seemed very abrupt and rude afterwards so I will not return. I now have to waste more time trying to see an actual gp . Would not recommend this pharmacy if you are after any advice! The pharmacist is rude and unhelpful.
