Couldn’t recommend this pharmacy enough, staff are so helpful and friendly! I use this cohens chemist on a day to day basis for my meds! I won’t use any other chemist

I was prescribed coagulant's by my GP and the Pharmacist in Cohens Sunderland Street explained all about the medication to me and said he would call me in a weeks time to see if I had any side effects and how I was getting on. He did exactly that and I felt so reassured and I can’t thank him enough for his care and attention. Superb and caring service from Cohens. Thank you

Through my fault I realised my eye drop used this morning was my last one and I desperately needed more for over the holiday period. With GPs closed I used Cohen's Pharmacy and they advised me to use NHS111. I did so which took several hours and finally I got through and got a response. They rang me at 7 pm and said they would ring my Pharmacy to authorise them to provide the eye drop I required. It was extremely complicated because the eye drop came from a hospital visit in Scotland and was not a routine repeat prescription. The pharmacist said leave it with me and after over 2 hours sorting the complications he finally cleared all the hurdles and rang me with the news. There was time left to go and pick my special eye drops up. I am so grateful and thankful for the Pharmacist's devotion to serving people. Thank You.

Went to pick up some Zapain for a back injury and the pharmacist asked if I would take a blood pressure test. All three tests were really high and he strongly urged me to go back to my doctor without delay. The next day, I was put on tablets for the high blood pressure, had an ECG (it was fine) and booked in for blood tests. Superb service and can't thank this gent enough.
