I cannot thank the staff enough at Cohen's who helped me obtain vital medication for my 92 year old mother's glaucoma on Friday, the 23rd December; I had been let down by Boot's and brought the prescription in to try Cohen's instead as we had waited several days for Boot's to fill the prescription which ran out on Friday. Cohen's staff couldn't have been more kind or helpful, and after two very long waits for suppliers to pick up their phone, the second one did have the needed eye drops, thankfully! I managed to pick up the prescription later that day, and was so grateful for the help I got from the very busy and no doubt tired/ready for a break from their jobs staff! This time of year is stressful to us all, but especially those who care for others and those working in retail; I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is in need of prescriptions.
