   There are certain members of staff (not all) who are extremely unhelpful. They say you have to queue and wait for your prescription and refuse to have them ready as it is “queue jumping”. This would not be a problem if they had enough staff and you only had to wait a few minutes…they keep you in a queue and then you have to wait then for your prescription to be dispensed. Also if they cannot fulfill a prescription they order it in and do not inform you when it has arrived and only keep it for 3 weeks which is within the 28 day time frame that most people visit. What happens to these meds…are they returned to stock whilst still charging the NHS?

   Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive. I have forwarded your feedback to the manager of the pharmacy and to the regional manager and asked them to look into and rectify the issues you have experienced.
