   As a new customer I downloaded their app, put in my prescription and waited 5 days ..... Nothing happened so I went in to the pharmacy to check. The prescription was still in a pile and not even looked at yet. I had to wait 30 minutes while they did it. Not impressed. One more try and if no good I'm off elsewhere.

   Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive. Unfortunately the pharmacy is struggling with staff being off currently which has impacted the level of service and caused delays - we are working hard to rectify this and we hope the pharmacy will be back on track as soon as possible.
