    Ordered 22.4.23. Not delivered by Friday 28.4.23. Phoned. Told me it was out for delivery. Did not arrive. Phoned 29.4.23. Told holding order waiting for one item from 13 items. Do not deliver over Bank Holiday so delivering Tuesday.Considering changing Chemist if lack of drivers continue.

    Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacies delivery service. Unfortunately we have recently had to make changes to the delivery service. This has impacted on the availability of drivers and also changes to the guidelines our pharmacies need to follow with regards to patient suitability. We have had to make these changes to enable us to continue to offer a free delivery service to our most vulnerable patients. I am sorry if this was not explained to you clearly by the team - we will ensure the manager is aware so they can reiterate this with the team.     I placed my repeated medication on the 7th January I have my medication deliverd I'm still waiting for them to be delivered and it is th 19th January they the type of meds that if leave out ur system it takes a month to get bk into your body I have tried to ring since 9 this morning and it's engaged as usual a family member goes in and they just all look at you and carry on pretending they are doing something this place needs to have it looked at seriously

    It has been impossible to get through to your number : 01204 375455 and yet you ask us to check first if the medicine is ready for collection before we set off . This has been going on for several months .Please try ringing to your own number and you will appreciate it better . 2 rings with engaged tone and then it gets cut off . I wonder if you have re set the phone such that you are "not getting disturbed "

The pharmacy you logged this issue under is Breightmet Health Centre - Bolton, the phone number you listed for this pharmacy is not correct the number for the pharmacy is - 01204388710, you may have complained under the wrong pharmacy? We have spoken to the manager of Breightmet and he has assured us that there is a staff member answering the phone - this pharmacy is an extremely busy pharmacy and receives high volumes of calls every day - they do not take the phone off the hook as they understand the need for our customers to contact the pharmacy and this is also against company policy. If you struggle to contact our pharmacy perhaps you would consider emailing them. The Cohens Group

    I've been trying to get a prescription all day on Sunday via 111. Finally spoke to a Doc on 111 to collect from Cohens at Breightmet Health Centre. Checked the opening times which said it was open on Sunday until 10pm. Got there at 8pm to find it all shut down. Not very happy as you can imagine on a late Sunday evening.

    Thanks you for your feedback. I have looked into the issue of the pharmacies advertising opening hours being incorrect. - the company website clearly displays that the pharmacy was closed from 17:00 on Sunday - I am not sure where you found your information -p possibly google, as this is a search engine the information on there is not always correct - bwe do notify them of any changes but they are slow to implement them. I am very sorry that your were left inconvenienced and frustrated at finding the pharmacy closed on Sunday - please accept our apologies. The Cohens Group

    Went today to get a prescription, staff didn't come to the desk for 10 mins and the chemist was empty. Later on my partner needed to get a prescription and stated on the website it was open until 10pm, it isn't open during said hours. My partner was sent from hospital to the chemist as unfortunately they didn't have the medication he needed in stock. My partner has returned home without his medication which is supposed to prevent another hospital visit.

    Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry you arrived to find the pharmacy closed - unfortunately we are struggling with staffing levels and the difficult decision to close early had to be undertaken at short notice. A pharmacy needs certain levels of staff to operate safely and the levels of staff available at this pharmacy was to low to enable the pharmacy to stay open - we did try to recruit from other branches and agencies but there was no one available. We are also sorry the website did not reflect the change in opening hours - this has now been updated. We hope to have the pharmacy back to normal hours as soon as possible.     Phoned for repeat prescription early Monday morning.Was told to expect delivery before Friday. Stayed in all week and when still hadn’t received on Friday, I phoned the chemist to be told that the doctors practice hadn’t sent the prescription to them. I then phoned the doctors and they had not even received the request. I now have a further week to wait .Have just enough tablets to last. Last time I was vertically called a liar when I phoned to ask why I had only received one lot of tablets instead of the two that I need.Apparently they were out of stock ,(again this happens a lot) and was told that I had definitely received them.They realised their mistake ,but no apology was made.

    10 days after approval prescription wasn't ready. Got stuck in the system apparently. Asked for name, address and dob plus what drugs I was on out loud in the shop where other customers could hear all my personal details and medical conditions. Absolutely appalling breach of privacy.
