   Found out today I’ve had my last prescriptions delivered, I have severe mobility problems don’t Drive & have no family & friends who live nearby I relied on this service I don’t know how I’m going to get my prescriptions now!

   Thank you for leaving this feedback. We have had to make changes to the criteria of our delivery service to ensure we are still able to offer a free delivery service to our most vulnerable, housebound customers and for people who have no support. We understand this has caused disappointment and frustration to some of our customers. Please be assured we have not taken the decision to make these changes lightly. We would advise you to call the pharmacy and and speak to the team so you can discuss your individual needs with them directly as you may meet the new criteria and be able to stay on the delivery service.
