   Refused to provide medication in easy open bottles insisting on using packaging which arthritic hands cannot cope with. They suggested using a different pharmacy as they were short staffed.

   Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive. I have forwarded your feedback to the manager of the pharmacy and to the regional manager and asked them to look into and rectify the issues you have experienced.    I until recently had my prescriptions delivered. However I am now required to collect my prescriptions in person. The pharmacy is very busy with queues each time I have tried to collect my prescription. I have noted that behind the counter there are enormous amounts of prescriptions awaiting delivery or collection. There seems to be only one assistant person attending to the counter. Occasionally there is a second assistant. It can take several searches to find the actual medication..I note that you are attempting to recruit staff. When I collected my prescriptions there should have been a further prescription but it was not ready. I have now had a text to say that it is ready for collection. I realise that the workload is causing the situation however should the current situation persist I may have to consider having my prescriptions sent elsewhere.

The branch is currently struggling with staffing levels, we are actively trying to recruit new team members and are aware that the branch is short staffed and is struggling to get on top of the workload, the regional team are trying to support the branch - we hope this will soon be rectified and the branch will be back on track. I have forwarded your feedback to the manager of the pharmacy and to the regional manager so they are aware of your feedback. I am sorry that because of the current issues you may choose to go to another pharmacy, if you do use Cohens again I hope you find the service vastly improved.
