This place is fantastic, offering a local service for local people. The staff are all really friendly and really helpful and give a personal service to everyone who goes in. Can't recommend highly enough.

This chemist and its staff are always great. They are polite, caring and extremely helpful. We have been helped by the staff so many times when needing help. This chemist is one of the best we have ever dealt with. Rivellinis

I came to pick up a prescription and asked for clarification on picking it up the following day without the green prescription paper. The pharmacist (the head may I add) seemed to be offended by this question and began to hurl an abusive response back about how it wasn’t his responsibility to ensure that the prescription was ordered correctly. I informed him that I have a disability and that he wasn’t communicating clearly. All other staff stood around staring and did not offer assistance. I simply asked whether or not I could collect the prescription without the green paper. Which he did not give a calm response to he was simply trying to embarrass me. I then reiterated that I wasn’t a pharmacist and did not know how ordering worked. At all times he was horrible, impatient, rude and made me feel incredibly upset. Considering I have a disability I found this completely unacceptable and I hope this doesn’t happen to any one else.. though I have also heard that they are often rude to customers.
