This is a well run pharmacy with efficient friendly staff. If prescriptions are placed with the correct time allowed before collecting the items are always there and when I have been caught out and need something sooner they work hard to get items as quickly as possible.

Staff need to be reminded that patients personal details are private and confidential. I was picking up meds on behalf of my husband and was asked to voice our address and the type of medication from several metres away, which meant the whole pharmacy knew what I was picking up. This breaches confidentiality and staff need to be more discreet.
