    I was informed that my prescription was ready so went to collect it firstly they forgot my insulin then informed me that only one of my insulin was available and didn’t know when or if they could get the other. I as told to phone for an update I tried numerous times all to no avail the last straw was when the phone was hung up something really needs sorting with this chemists

    I have been waiting for over a week for a prescription to be delivered, I phoned today to chase it up and no one answers the phone. This happens all the time, people are in limbo and don't know what they are supposed to do. They need more staff and someone to answer the phone it is ridiculous.

    Hello Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Chorley Pharmacy. I’m sorry to hear you have been waiting for your delivery. I am aware the pharmacy has been experiencing a period of sickness, we do now have colleagues returning to the business and some new colleagues joining the business in the next few weeks so I hope you will notice a difference very shortly. I have been in to the pharmacy this morning and they are all caught up with their workflow, although they do have some prescriptions still awaiting stock.     I tried calling a number of times at various times throughout the day to ask why you only provided 4 of the 28 prescribed tablets. You never answer your phone. Why have one?

We have had some vacancies and have new colleagues joining us so this should be resolved very soon.     Visited the other day didn't have the medication needed .. took ages to get my prescription ready even tho I left hours between the doctors sending it and me going in now today been calling over 2 hours and they still haven't answered the phone as I want to check they have the medication in before I go .. absolutely useless

    Waited in line over 1 hour. Everyone was very very unhappy. They didn’t care how busy it got. Many people left with how long they were waiting. I will never come back to here.

    Gets very stressful every month when it’s the same thing not being able to get hold of anybody at the chemist it feels like they have my number on block I ring at all times of the day what I would think the quite times early morning after tea time at night when the kids are being picked up but still no answer
