Meds delivered promptly cannot fault the service. Never had any problems. The delivery people are always cheerful and will call back if we are out for any reason.

It's a pity the chemist not open at weekends even for a half day. As this is difficult to collect prescriptions for those people working Mon to Fri. I realise that the chemist is open until 6pm and there's a possibility of staffing issues. It's sad and also discrimination. Can opening hours be re considered and reflect the whole of the needs of the local community. I know it's previously been open at weekends which was great. Thank you

My prescription of around 8 medications was sent across to this pharmacy on 16th of December and I am yet to hear from them for collection. I rang today making a total of 60 attempts to get through yet no answer. I struggle to comprehend why it would take 6 days so far for these to be put together. I am missing vital medication that I need to take twice a day what is happening to the NHS?
