I picked up a prescription and there was a queue behind me, the lady on the till then said what my medication was out loud for all to hear, when it should have remained private. I was obviously upset, but she didn't even bother to apologise.

Its always disorganised and a mess in the pharmacy, makes to question their ability from the beginning. Have sent my prescriptions there a number of times and they always forget something from my regularly ordered prescription. They also always claim that they didn't receive it until that day, which is rubbish as I always make sure I leave it 4 working days before going to collect it as I know they will comment on it. Its just not good enough for people handling my medication. Definitely wouldn't recommend and definitely changing.

Absolutely no bedside manner, bordering on rude/bored by the person administering the vaccine. The pharmacy side does provide a good service, no fault there.

I and my family really value the service offered by Bromham Pharmacy. Their delivery service is invaluable and they are a very helpful team, an asset to the local community.
